I love you. You are such a good dog!
This is more of an online journal I keep about my dog.
You have such soft fur. I love your silky velvet ears. I love your smile and your happy bark. I love the wet little puppy paw prints you leave behind you when we cross a bridge on the trail or when we come back to the garage after you go chasing frogs in the pond. I love how you get so overcome with joy that your tail wags in circles instead of back and forth.
Thank you for the happiness you bring me every day!

- Since I'm a hard-core sports fan I'll describe myself by spotlighting one of my favorite athletes: Andre Agassi who is inspiring in addition to being a world class athlete. Andre's farewell speech from tennis at the US Open in 2007 was pretty much the classiest thing I've ever seen in sports; it moved me to tears. His charity - a public school and foundation for underprivileged children - rocks. It's one of my favorite charities of all time because of the hand-in-hand community approach it takes, respecting the people it serves while also challenging them to be partners in meeting their own community's needs. His involvement and leadership and the compassion he has for needy kids and their struggling parents in my opinion trump his accomplishments as an athlete, even in spite of his status as one of the greatest tennis players and athletes in history. He's shown that he has something more to offer humankind through his leadership and example. Being a sports fan, I couldn't be prouder.
